v6 box not showing subtitles on sky mix

We're sorry to hear about the lack of subtitles on Sky Mix.

Did the advice from japitts and newapollo help at all?

It's also dependent on what we can show from the broadcasters.

I've just checked Sky Mix on Freeview and on my 360 box. Sorry I don't have a V6 to compare but ....

Border Patrol S9, Ep7 is currently playing along with subtitles on Freeview, but the subtitles weren't showing on my 360  an no subtitle option showing using the 360 context (info) button.

 However when I pressed teletext in the options on the 360 the subtitles appeared.  (I briefly saw p888 appear in the top left hand corner of the screen before the subtitles came on) They disappeared when the program went to an add break and had to be renabled when the program came back on. 

If the subtitle button isn't bringing up subtitles on the program then does the info button on the V6 give you the option for teletext?

It worked again on my 360 for the next program too  (Border Patrol S9, Ep8)

I tested recording this, and the short version is I can replicate the lack of subtitles.

The "Info" panel doesn't say "this show has subtitles, press OK to turn on". It looks to be listed in the EPG as being subtitled.
