Subtitles turning on both Mini box & TV360 box

When subtitles are turned on for the TV Mini box they also switch on the subtitles on the TV360 box.

If I turn them off at the TV360 box, they also turn off at the TV Mini box!

Very irritating for both viewers.

Any ideas on how do I stop this & only have subtitles on 1 box at a time?

    roy247  is correct saying that if you have turned on subtitles via Settings > Accessibility > Subtitle Options then they are turned on for all boxes on your account. (It does help if you only have one box and want them displayed automatically when they are available)

    If you don't use that setting then you need to turn them on/off for each individual channel on each individual box.  I've noticed that recently when I use this method that I have to set them up again if I've turned off/rebooted the 360 box.

    Apart from using the 'contextual' button to turn on/off subtitles, you can also use voice control and say either  'subtitles' or 'subtitles off'

  • If you are turning subtitles on in settings it might be a global setting between both boxes, you can always just press the info button to select to select subtitles just press the English button,
