What happens if you reboot the box.
Do you have a V6 or 360 box, asking this because previously you have posted on the 360 forum and this is the V6 forum.

Sorry to hear of the Sky Sports Red Button issues experienced on Saturday, we understand the concern and frustration this can cause and appreciate you raising this via the forums.
It's been a few days since your post, are you still getting the error when trying via the Red Button on Sky Sports? Are the normal Sky Sports channels working for you as this is what your subscription relates to, the Red Button feature is a value added benefit from Sky?
