ITVX - no Live TV

ITVX are showing extra horseracing.

I'm signed up and signed in.

There is no banner across the top of screen with includes Live TV. It's there on the PC,

    Live TV is accessed by clicking on the third icon down, in between the Home icon and the Film (clipperboard) icon when scrolling through the left sidebar options within the ITVX app.

    From memory the V6 version of the ITV-X app doesn't include live TV channels - these are accessed via the normal method on your EPG.

    I'm on the V6 box.

    There is no icon between Home and Film.

    This horseracing is additional programming - not on any regular channel, so does not appear in EPG

      Time for a complaint to ITV, I'd say. Or maybe the sports rights holder for allowing this.

      If you can view the content on your PC, that's what you'll have to do.

    I doubt whether VM or ITV are bothered if the app on the V6 isn't as good as the one on the 360 because there is a simple migration available to the 360.
