Delete V6 box from list
I have just had a V6 box replaced due to being faulty. I want to rename it but the old one is still on the list . How do I remove the old one from the list ?

What list is it that you're talking about? The two I can think of, are when you first login to the TV Control app, or also the "my other boxes" list within the "My Shows" view
The TV Control app should only list current boxes. "My other boxes" should auto-update, but occasionally a restart of the primary box is needed when a multiroom box is replaced.

It's in the " my shows - other TiVo boxes " list with a message saying " you cannot play shows - not in your account "

Do you mean call the box?
The system will update in a few days and the old one will disappear the new one will appear.
Have you seen this yet?
How is the new box, everything okay with it?
