YET AGAIN - Virgin 360 box has deleted Recordings
About 3 months ago I took an offer of an upgrade to the VM 360 box ( I wish I didn't) on two occasion's, it totally deleted all recordings and planned recordings, after reading posts on these and similar forums, I discovered that this was not something new. I followed some advice, and checked that the box was not set to automatically delete items (it wasn't) factory reset the box, and again checked that the auto delete was not enabled, it wasn't. Reset all pre planned recordings, went on holiday and came back everything, recordings and pre-planned recordings had again been deleted. Not impressed at all with this box, my old V6 (I think it was) had no issues at all. Virginmedia.................. please help or replace this box.
