Would I still lose TNT Sports?

So I've been on to my VM account and can see I've been offered a new deal for £91, I currently pay £87 and although I've been offered a very competitive deal with Sky (as part of the Blue Light Scheme) I am tempted to stay with VM.

Now the wording clearly says "keep the same deal without losing anything", but I'm sceptical I'd still lose TNT Sports.

So reluctant to rush ahead and be stuck in an 18 month contract without TNT sports.

I'm hoping a moderator could confirm either way.

    Knows their stuff

The wording says 'without losing anything'. If thats not the case , then contractually you are right to demand what you have now.

Not your fault if they still haven't sorted this out after several months of folks having issues.

  • So I bit the bullet and clicked the renew button.

I did call VM and asked if I renew will I keep TNT sport. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful, she was somewhat surprised that I'd been offered such a good deal as the best price she could offer was around £130.

I've had the contract info form Virgin and it would appear my exact same package has been honoured, with TNT sports included.

All in all a really good positive experience.
