Won’t record C5 programs

Hi all

I have searched within the forum regarding recordings failing. I have the same sort of issue but it only appears to impact recording C5. I only record two series for my wife and without fail they don’t record at all or record for a few mins and then fail.

I have the older TV box that I upgraded using the remote and sad to say I’m not all impressed with 360.

    Which two CH5 series are failing to record?  

    Have you tried setting the recordings on CH5+1 as well?

    As per the screenshot below, have you set the programs to record using the Advanced options such as All from series 2, or New episodes only, All from series 2 only etc? If not setfor the  correctseries etc then you may be failing to record  your expected program episodes

      Yeah tried all of that, and have only ever recorded new episodes of any program to save space

    You describe previously having had a V6, which ran TiVo-software. And having migrated to a TV360, meaning TiVo-software was reformatted out to make way for Horizon-software.
