Want to return unused 360 upgrade kit

Can someone please tell me how I can return this?  I was told I needed to upgrade as BBC iPlayer will no longer work on my current box.

I opened the kit today and there’s so much of it I just don’t have the room or inclination to try and reorganise my lounge to set it up.  I am happy with my old set-up and I can watch iPlayer on my phone if I get that desperate.

    You have 14 days to cancel any changes to your contract. 

    Do you have the very old Tivo box for TV only, and no broadband?  Sounds like you have received a Hub and a 360 Master box, so yes a lot more "stuff" ..

      Yes, I have a very old TiVo box, and that suits very old me fine 😄

      I will look to cancelling the changes - thanks

        The 14day statutory cooling-off applies to any changes to your billing bundle or package.

        It doesn't apply to the equipment used to access your services - and certainly not to TiVo/V6 > TV360 migrations such as what you've volunteered for.
