Virgin Go registering IPad issues

I keep having to register my iPad  I recently purchased, each time I want to use Virgin TV Go.

I had all my devices reset by Virgin and was told to enable cookies by going into Safari but they appear to be already enabled i.e. Cookies Disabled is Off. Is there anything else I need to do?

Also,  ran out of changes before being reset, does setting up devices count towards the 3 changes allowed?

  • I’ve now got the same issue with my IPhone, it wants me to register again!! 
    Please advise!

      Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. sorry to hear about the issues that you are having with registering your device for TVGO, when you cleared all the previous devices and started with a fresh slate and logged into TVGO on your device, did you also say yes to saving your log in details on the device as well as saying yes to the device being registered as one of your five?

      Please let me know.

        My log in details are saved in the Virgin Go App as I don’t need to add them each time I log in. I don’t think it asked me again when I registered the iPhone this time or the iPad.

        However, my iPhone has been working ok previously i.e. registered once and watching regularly prior to adding the new iPad.
