Virgin 360 box playing up

Hi,

My virgin 360 box seems to be behaving oddly.

No picture so rebooted 360 box and the virgin router.  Solved thebproblem but lost all recordings.

Few weeks later there was no sound. Again rebooted box and sorted problem.

Now cant rewind when watching a program.

I havent tried to record anything since losing old recordings.  

Any ideas?

  • If the 360 has deleted your recordings and any planned recordings it's a good sign that the box is faulty. Another sign that the box has a hard drive problem is if you can't pause and rewind live TV. If you did try recording something it will probably fail to record.

    You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up
    which might be 2 to 3 day's.
