Virgin 360 And App Problems

Hi. Virgin 360 box keeps issuing a fault. Every other day now the box shows that none of the apps will load such as Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, BBC iplayer etc. Only way to resolve the problem is to complete a factory reset. Once you complete this then you have to sign in to all the apps again. Rinse and repeat continuously. When we complete the factory reset it says it's installing an update and then reboots..Spoke to the "helpline" who got me to reset the box, hard wired by ethernet and then wireless connection. Go into the system and the connection is showing as green. Have the same set up in the kitchen and no problems, just the one in the living room. When netflix doesn't work the error code CS2400 is shown. Having a conversation via Instagram and the team on there are asking the same questions and asking for screenshots which I have sent numerous times where they would be able to see if they followed the conversation. Does it sound like a box issue as all the other tests they are asking me to do simply does not work. Anyone resolved this issue if they've had the same problem? TIA.

  • Hi. Did you find a solution to this as I’m having the same problem. Reboot and it works for a few days and then drops out again. I have another box in the kitchen and that works fine. Been on the phone lots of times but now insisted that an engineer comes out to swap the box. I ain’t swapping the box from the kitchen to see if that works. I’m paying over £100 a month for this service.
