V6 upgrade to 360 problems

I have started the V6 upgrade to 360 but it stops on select your location. The Old and new remote controls are unresponsive. I have have restarted but it just seems to crash at select your location.

Thanks for any advice.

    Is the option to select your location your lounge or room.

    Can you post a picture of the failed message or screen.

        It wasn't clear from your initial post that you meant which country or language selection.

    Both the old and new remotes are unresponsive, so I can't move the selection down the uk or even just select Belgie
