V6 box deletes recordings
Hi. Our 360 box just keeps freezing, deleting recordings or not allowing access to recordings. Rebooting doesn't help and have done a complete reset. Still the problem permits. Also, just can't seem to get to speak to anyone or find a solution in line. Any help please? I even tried the sales numbers and after having given all my details was stumped on memorable word, which I have no recollection of at all. The agent said we couldn't go any further and that was that. He did send me a copy of my bill which the email said I asked for. That was nice.
