V6 box deletes recordings

Hi. Our 360 box just keeps freezing, deleting recordings or not allowing access to recordings. Rebooting doesn't help and have done a complete reset. Still the problem permits. Also, just can't seem to get to speak to anyone or find a solution in line. Any help please? I even tried the sales numbers and after having given all my details was stumped on memorable word, which I have no recollection of at all. The agent said we couldn't go any further and that was that. He did send me a copy of my bill which the email said I asked for. That was nice.

    There's no such thing as a "V6 box with 360". I've moved your post to the TV360 section of the forum.

    V6 refers to the box running TiVo-software. TV360 refers to the box running Horizon-software.

    When you convert from V6 > TV360, the HDD is reformatted to remove TiVo-firmware, and it becomes a TV360.

  • You can reset your memorable word by signing in to your My Virgin Media Account, then go to Account Settings, Identity and Security settings, then select Manage your products, under Virgin Media account you will see Telephone password, you can set a new password there.

    It used to be easier to find before the VM + O2 accounts were joined.

    It does sound like you need a new box.
