V360 #2 is buffering when trying to watch recorded programs.

Box #1 is recording programs and whilst it is doing that, my other box cannot play recorded programs. Box 2 says poor internet connection but I can stream Netflix, iPlayer etc, so internet is fine. Do the two boxes need to connect to play recorded programs? Are all recordings on box 1?  I live in an old house with thick stone walls between the two boxes. The hub has one wall between it and box 2, there are 3 walls between box1 and the hub. therefore 4 walls between box 1 and box 2. I have some boosters, do I need more?

Before the upgrade I could record different things on two different boxes. How do I do that now... so I can record my sport on box2.

What combination of TV360 boxes do you have? You've alluded to having converted from V6 which suggests 2 x TV360-masters?

Multi-room streaming on both V6 & TV360 is a simultaneous upload from the recording box and downstream to the slave box.

TV360 is fundamentally built around one master box with multiple slaves, and thus one recording pool. If you have multiple master-boxes having converted ex-V6, you can mitigate by using the advanced recording options to choose which box is used to record a particular programme.

I had a V6 box which was upgraded to a V360 with a software update. This is Virgin Box 1 where the recordings seem to be held. I had an old box which I replaced with a new V360, which is box 2. It seems Box1 is the master. Box2 is buffering all recordings, so I cannot watch any recorded items on Box2.  Ethernet cabling is not an option without drilling though 9 inch stone walls. What can I do?

I'm going to guess box#2 was previously a TiVo (https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box ) and has thus been replaced with a TV360 mini... it's half the height of your master box due to not having a hard-drive....

        Is this what you have?
