Upgrade to 360

Hi

I I have just upgraded to the 360 box. All up and running but as I have an additional TiVo box in another room should I receive a mini box to replace this one too?

  • Scratch that. It’s not up and running as I am getting an error message saying it can’t find my hard drive so can’t record 🤦‍♂️

      A common problem. Horizon V360 is a server based system that was developed for cloud recording. The server has not detected the location of your hard drive yet. If this doesn't fix itself in 48 hours, contact customer services.

    If it's an original Tivo, you need it replaced as it will not upgrade to the 360 software.  If it's a V6, then you can keep it as it will upgrade to the 360.  However, you should also receive an additional remote for that box.  If the software is not upgrading on the first box, this does happen and the box may need to be replaced.
