Upgrade to 360
Hi, I just saw a pop on my Virgin box (standard square one) which said click to upgrade to 360. I did this, then it said they'll send me a new remote. Does anyone know how long this usually takes?

3-5 days. You should be able to check in My Virgin Media account from day after ordering
You should receive the new remote in 3-5 days, at that point you'll have a short time to click the "upgrade now" icon on your V6 menu before the conversion is forced.
Your V6 hard drive will be reformatted, the TiVo-software deinstalled and Horizon installed in its place. Make a note of all your series links, you will need to set these up again - and all your existing recordings deleted.
TV360 is fundamentally a completely different TV platform to TiVo.
Though bear in mind you will be unlikely to be able to setup most of your series links as the 360 does not allow you to setup links for programs that are not currently in the TV guide, so you will need to keep hold of the list and recheck every couple of weeks.
