tvq-pb-101 (5.2.15) Netflix

I get this on a regular basis with Netflix on my 360 box. Any solutions out there? I have tried the advice on the screen.

    There is help for this issue here as it looks to be due to data on the device, do you get the same issue on other devices like mobile phones or a Smart TV app?
