Sorry to hear you're having some issues with Netflix.
Has the troubleshooting steps in the link Cardiffman282 has kindly provided helped at all to resolve this?

Yes, that was the firs thing I looked at. It basically tells you to turn it off and turn it on again. No, that didn't solve it unfortunately! And I don't have the time/effort to call Virgin about it.
