Netflix Error Code tvq-pb-101(8.1)
Netflix has topped working on my Virgin TV box. I get a message as per screenshot. Works on other devices fine, just the Virgin box. Anyone know what the issue is here? Tia.

Which Virgin TV box do you have - V6 or TV360? It looks like a TV360 screenshot to me, but can you confirm...
Hi, it's a 360. Also today it has wiped all of my recordings and planned recordings. This is the third time since April it's done that. Really wishing I'd stayed with Sky now. More expensive but far more reliable than these cheap unreliable boxes. Had box swapped out a few months ago due to failed hard drive and I wonder if this one is heading the same way.
Sounds like you need to call Virgin again, all the symptoms of a faulty box. It will only delete all your recordings and planned recording's if the box is faulty.
Sounds like another poorly refurbished box.
