How long does it take to get this?
I replied to the email on the 26th, 13 days and not another word from Virgin.

Thanks for the reply. It's a v6 box, so just need a remote. Didn't expect it to take more than 2 weeks to get here & not a word from virgin
This can depend whether you're converting a V6, or need a swap from a TiVo. If you're not sure, check on https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
TiVo's need a physical box-swap. A V6 > TV360 move is an OTA software drop, and HDD reformat/reinstall - once you've received the new remote.
