Tv remote for v360 horrible to use

New tech that means having to press umpteen buttons on the remote when you used to press ONE is supposedly advancement.  The prime 1 being My shows why make it harder for users who are not tech savvy or the elderly. Trying to teach and persuade my father who is 80 that it is supposedly better when even I struggle.

    Did you know the 360 remote also offers a voice control which may be easier for them to use?
