TV Recording Issue

HI All,

I originally asked about an issue I had over the weekend, I was told to check the system and re- boot, and they would monitor the system over the next few days. This I did and nothing changed, I then had an email saying that they had monitored the system and everything seemed to be OK.

I raised another fault, as our box was still problematic- however later I found our other box was working properly, I then checked the community and others who had similar issues.

I noticed some of the issues raised were about the storage being full or  hard disk issues- I tried a system-reset (keeping the recordings), but this has failed.

I have subsequently raised the same with faults, telling them what has happened but I am still waiting for their update/reply.

    What's the actual issue you have? Do you get any error messages/codes when you're doing something in particular with your TV360?

    Can you pause live TV and watch it slightly delayed by a few minutes?

    I was unable to pause/ fast forward or rewind and the system would not let me record anything- I had 2 codes CS2214 & CS2000. 

    Hence checking on for them on the group chat.

    Also maybe something or nothing on the bottom LH side of my TV- I seem to have a small notice saying "INETSAT" - what this relates to I have no Idea and has only come in the last few days..?

      Hi John_Bari 

      Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for any TV issues but thanks for letting us know what error messages and what you've tried. Can you do the factory reset but choose the 'format disk' option please? This will restore the box to complete factory reset settings and then let us know if it fixes things.

    I think "INETSAT" comes from a TV channel's distribution platform and not from the 360 and, if so, it would for that channel to fix its feed to VM.

  • Hi Both,

    I rang the helpline because I thought the problem had been going on far too long, I was asked to check as few things out, but the long and short of was as follows. An engineer came out to check the system, he spotted the broadband tower was showing a red light( I had mentioned this a few times before all this started) and then replaced the tower unit, did a complete factory reset and the system is now working ok.
