TV Recording Issue
HI All,
I originally asked about an issue I had over the weekend, I was told to check the system and re- boot, and they would monitor the system over the next few days. This I did and nothing changed, I then had an email saying that they had monitored the system and everything seemed to be OK.
I raised another fault, as our box was still problematic- however later I found our other box was working properly, I then checked the community and others who had similar issues.
I noticed some of the issues raised were about the storage being full or hard disk issues- I tried a system-reset (keeping the recordings), but this has failed.
I have subsequently raised the same with faults, telling them what has happened but I am still waiting for their update/reply.
