TV and broadband not working

Hi,

So I moved into my new house on Friday. I connected everything up and it seemed to work fine, but today nothing is working. I know they said today would be the day they would disconnect my old account and activate my new account, so is that what is happening or is it a different problem? I have little white flashing arrows on my box and no WiFi. Please help!!
