Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your upgrade to the 360 box. Has anything changed since you last posted? If nothing has changed, please can you try to reboot your box from the wall socket? This should hopefully reset your box and make the upgrade option appear.

No nothing changed I've rebooted from the wall socket but install now app still hasn't appeared

I'm having exactly the same problem. It's obviously an issue with the older tivo boxes. Hopefully somebody from ,Virgin Media will see the posts and help us out!!

Jus spoke to Virgin support. They told me that the older tivo boxes do not support the software to self install a new 360 box
They are sending an engineer to install the 360 box for me. Seems that you may have to do the same.
