Thin line

After being talked into upgrading to TV360 I now find that there is a thin line across the whole screen at the top of the TV. I thought it was the screen failing so bought a new TV. Horrified to find the same issue on the new set! 

Any help or suggestions greatfully received. Oh and by the way I've checked all the cables, etc, tried another set top box and have removed all other devices like DVD player and NAS in case they were the issue.

      Thanks for replying but I sorted the problem. Changed the HDMI connection.
