Land line constantly ringing

Land line was constantly ringing just one ring throughout the night,unable to sleep for it, plus its been doing it randomly other times for the last few days.

I tried to ring it with my mobile & it said line busy. Then line went to crackling sound, then off altogether. It back on again this morning.

Please what on earth is going on.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've had with the landline. 

    Could you please reboot the hub?

    Do you have another handset you can try?

      OK thankyou I will reboot the modem. If the landline does it one more time i will connect an old handset to see if it makes any difference.
