STV x

Hi

STV Player is not loading.

All other apps like BBC iplayer work ok.

Have switched off everything and switched back on after 5 minutes and STV Player still not available.

This is very frustrating.

    No probelms with the app here in Teesside. I've just loaded Byker Grove and watched a few minutes. What error code or message do you see? 

    Have you used the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

    If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
