Stuck on install complete screen

Have rebooted box with - and +  attempts keeps saying install complete but remote won't  scroll the screen down  so I can  continue with process so stuck can someone help please.

    Which remote control are you using? You use the V6 remote control initially, and then the new TV360 remote control when prompted.

    There is a plastic tab (see picture below) on the 360 remote control that needs removing so the batteries can make contact for the remote to work.

    It's possible that the remote hasn't fully paired itself. Put the box into 'Pairing Mode' by pressing the Standby/On button on the front of the box for 10 seconds.  Then using the remote control, press and hold the Live 'TV' button (below the red power button) and the '0' button together for 10 seconds
