Virgin 360. No install option in apps screen

Hi , 

I received my remotes on Friday and still have the no install in the apps screen. Only shows Upgrade Now.

    Sorry to hear of the issues upgrading to 360 since receiving the remote, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know via the forums.
