Yes you can watch the live Sky Sports+ red button content by using the Sky Sports mobile app  which is available  free to all Sky Sports subscribers

If you have the Sky Sports app linked to your VM account on the device, you will find the additional streams added below the live channels in the “watch” section of the app.
