Signal Quality.......Not Available

I have no tv channels since last night, everything is only weeks old, I have checked all cables, unplugged and plugged, re-started the box more than once, BB is fine, I will try and contact the people but as we all know it will be hours on the chat or phone and they will not be able to help, I will also search on here as someone has posted a phone number, if someone reads this and knows a number please post it, wish me luck.

One other bit is IPv6 Gateway..........Not Available

    What TV box are you using?  There's no IPv6 on VM

      Ok I didn't know that, and it's the TV 360, I did post it in the right place I think.

  • Some one on the chat has been looking into this and it looks like my service wasn't completed, which I find hard to believe as ive been using it for a couple of weeks now, when I did some diagnostic on line I got a msg 'Your service hasn't been installed yet' very strange.

    Looks like the actual channel package would be the issue, & not the box authorisation. Live TV channels come direct down the white coaxial cable & not through your hub, so this might also be a technical cause of this.

  • Now ive got Account error CS1011, and almost laughable it says please contact us, how????? even the number on the web site doesn't work, how does this company keep going? All I want is to be able to record TV like the F1, is that too much to ask.

        The visit was not great, the engineer was not able to fix the problem, it is up to the help desk to fix the problem, the same help desk I called yesterday, but I was told it was up to an engineer to fix, basically the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. It looks like the issue is due to the fact the HD sent out two 360 boxes, I sent one back and they deactivated the one I have instead of that one, the other issue is an old account (14 years old) that I have asked to be deleted on many occasions, is still active and the HD get the two mixed up. VM is really the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with, and I'm old.
