Diagnostics signal quality not available

Just looked at my diagnostics signal quality reads not available due to cables or tv channels not working but I can't understand why it said that I've checked everything its fine I rang the team before closing down for the night they sent a signal to the box but nothing happened they said it's nothing wrong with the rv box that's fine everything seems fine with no issues but if I don't watch live tv like another content I go to diagnostics signal quality it's reads not available again which I've not seen before it reads normal like good but not available I've never had this issue happening before I'm using ethernet

    Its never said that before I can't figure out why it popped up unless there is a connection problem with the leads or cables

    It's a tad tricky to follow your post, but from what I can work out - your TV360 won't view live TV channels? What's the specific error message you're getting?

    Live TV doesn't use the internet, the Ethernet connection is used for online services such as OnDemand & streaming.

    What did the fault agent say when you told them that service wasn't restored?
