Signal Issues

I am having signal issues on all my live TV channels. Everything is plugged in as it should be.. Could someone please help me have a normal TV experience.. this hasn't been an issue for the last 30 years, I'm not sure why it's so difficult now.

  • Have you checked for faults in your area, you can login to your My Virgin Media and check your service status. or phone 0800 5610061 for a more localised check.

    If there is nothing showing you could try rebooting the box and if that makes no difference you can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

    When you say signal issue, is this with the TV content not playing or will it not work at all?

    Is the TV pixelated?
