Setting up TV channels

Hi all,

 

Had a look through the forum, contacted the WhatsApp and Live Chat team but I'm not getting a solution to the setting up channels error. It's only affecting some channels. Has anyone got a solution?

  •  need to provide more information like - which channels and what is the message or issue on the channels you expect?

    This is usually what you get when the customes subscription channel data has yet to be received by the box. There is no error code, only an indication 100:70 (ie. 70% of the setup is completed).
