Replacement remote for faulty 360 remote

Hi

Have tried to go through the website but no joy on trying to sort out a replacement remote 

One of your remotes the channel up and down button is not working on it. All other buttons are okay and box works fine with the other remotes

What is best way of getting a replacement?

    Which section on the website did you try ordering a replacement remote from?   If you haven't already then follow the instructions on the link  for the 360 box on <this page>  If that doesn't  reset/re-pair and solve the remote control issue it should take you to a page to order a replacement.

    Since the box works OK with other remotes, have you tried swapping the remotes around and tried pairing the 'faulty' remote with one of the other 360 boxes? 

  • If you have tried newapollo's advice and it doesn't work (the online ordering process has always had problems) then you can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

    When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and hopefully you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
