Remote control

I requested a 2nd box this week (we had an old style Tivo box), and when the package arrived it had a box which I think is the 360 box, and what I believe to be a stream box. However, I only received 1 remote control and my old one doesn't appear to be compatible.  Do I really have to share a remote between 2 TVs?

    Could you please try to pair your existing remote with the new 360 box?
