Remote Control for Disabled

Question

My dad has Parkinson's and Dementia and is struggling to use the remote control. I've read about one for disabled customers but don't know how to request one for dad. It would make life abit easier for him, any help would be very grateful, Thanks for any advice

Hi Matthew it’s been 2 years on since this comment was posted. There is absolutely a big need for an easier tv remote for disabled and elderly folks to use, most of which who are housebound and rely on their tvs day in day out. Please tell me that virgin have now developed a remote for them? &nbsp;
