Recordings starting at end!

Now getting very fed up with this problem. Nearly every recording I play comes up with Delete/Keep and thinks it’s at the end of the recording. The only way to play it is to wind back to the beginning. But it’s playing from the beginning it’s only the box that thinks it’s at the end. 

also this evening a new thing has started. I started playing a recording that hadn’t completed. Wound back to the start despite saying start at the beginning. However when I can to wind through the add break, it jumped to the end of the recording again.

      If you turn off the keep or delete option as previously described then you shouldn't lose anything by accident.

      It's not a software problem the solution in this thread was a replacement box.

      You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

      When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
