Recordings have disappeared

Just to clarify what you mean, have you had your 360 box replaced with a new one and now you have no recordings, which would be normal because the recordings would have been on the hard drive in the replaced box, or have you received a new 360 box and recordings made on that box have disappeared.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. As Roy247 asked, has your box been fully replaced? As that would mean all of your recordings that are stored on the original box are no longer accessible to you.
