All Recordings Have Disappeared AGAIN
All of my recordings and planned recordings have vanished for the second time in a month, which is the amount of time which I have had this box. I've tried turning the box off and on again but I've been reluctant to do a factory reset as I don't have an option to keep recordings which it seems that other people do. I am so angry about this as I had no problems with my old tivo box in more than ten years and you forced me to switch to the new 360 one and now this had happened twice. I've tried calling but I just end up going around in circles with the options and it keeps asking me for my mobile number when all I want to do is talk to an actual person which you seem to have made impossible. Hello all! I recently upgraded my V6 to TV360, & overall I'm impressed & happy with it. However, I have one annoying issue. When playing back a recording, it often begins after the programme has already started. It’s not that the programme started early or the timer activated late, because if I rewind, the beginning is actually there on the recording. Other times, it starts playing a minute before the programme begins. There appears to be no rhyme or reason! Can this "feature" be turned off?98Views0likes2CommentsRecordings Not Playing Properly
I’ve been forced to switch from my tivo box to a 360 one and I set it up this afternoon after they switched the old one off without any warning last night. I’ve recorded 2 programs on it but both of them stopped playing within a few minutes and it just tells me to call 150 which doesn’t have an option for that. If I have a series link to record a series on Chanel X and a previous epiosde is shown on Chanel Y, it gets recorded.
