Recordings asking me to subscribe
Did the upgrade, had loads of issues, got a new 360 box and all was good until i recorded anything. On the new box i cant watch most recordings as its saying im not subscribed, i also cant delete recordings so virgin sent out an engineer. The engineer arrived and has no clue how to sort this out, he tried to update the channels on his phone but nothing has changed. Ive done a factory reset, ive unplugged the box for hours and nothing has worked.
