When I record a programme on E4 instead of where it says watch from start it says subscribe. When I go to subscribe it says we're really sorry but this content is not currently available. I used to be able to record on e4, is there a reason I can't now? Thanks
When you refer to watching from start, are you trying to use the "live restart" feature where the programme is still broadcasting? Or view the complete recording from the start?
The live restart is usually a shortcut to the broadcaster's OnDemand/streaming platform, whereas a recording comes from your 360's hard drive.
This may well be making a difference to the end result - and if so, I would expect C4/4-Seven/More-4 to be similarly affected. Are they?
I was trying to watch the recording from the beginning. I recently got a replacement tv box as the other one was faulty. Since then I tried to record on e4 but it said it can't do that at the moment. I then tried to do it through the tv go app, but it was telling me my box is offline and it will schedule the recording when it is back on. The programme is now showing in my recordings but when I try to play it, it tells me to subscribe. I thought e4 is a free a channel anyway?

What combination of TV360 boxes do you have? Master boxes (with recording capability) or mini-boxes (without)?
Which box is it that was recently replaced?

Recent update, it is now multiple channels I have the same issue with recording. It is now, bbc one, channel 4, channel 5, e4 and sky witness some programmes on these channels work but not all some are saying to upgrade. I have switched the box off and back on again, but still nothing
