Yes, is the short answer. V6 refers to your box running TiVo-software, TV360 is completely different and is fundamentally NOT TiVo, hence it should really be called a conversion.
If you choose to convert, make a note of all your existing series links as these will not be transferred and are lost. TV360 only allows you to set series links for programmes that are schedule to broadcast in the next fortnight, so if you have any "sticky" links for programmes that will return "sometime", then make a note of those and keep periodically checking.

Both TV360 & V6 have a sticky series-link option.
The difference is that V6 can set series-links from a single OnDemand asset and doesn't need the programme to be in the broadcast schedule, so I doubt there's many programmes that can't be series-linked somehow.
TV360 needs the programme in the broadcast guide to do so. The obvious example would be The Apprentice or other annual series.
