Problems with the apps

I upgraded to 360 3 weeks ago and have been having ongoing problems with the apps. I have reported this twice and things were better for a week but now every time I want to watch something on iPlayer, ITVX, 4 or My5 I have to sign in, even if I’ve already signed in previously that evening, also there is no option to sign into 4. This is becoming very frustrating! 

I am still using the V6 box could this be the problem?

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with the apps on your TV360. 

    Do you see any error codes at all when using the apps? Or is it just that you're being signed out and your sign in data is not being saved?

    When you say 4, do you mean 4oD? Just to double-check.

    Would you please be able to try resetting your set-top box, but choose the option to save your recordings if you have any you wish to save? You can get to this through Settings >System > Factory Reset. 

    Keep us posted on how you get on and if this has helped resolve all the issues.

    Yes it was 4od that I meant.

    There were no error codes when accessing the apps, it just wasn’t saving my sign in data. I switched the set top box off then on again and that seemed to resolve it. I didn’t even need to sign into the apps again. So far this has been working fine. If I have further problems I will try resetting the box as you have suggested.
