Playback issues

For the last few days I've been having recording and playback issues,

Recordings of Corrie appear in the recorded list but when you go watch it it says switch to live tv instead of watch from the start and there is a failed to play recording message, and if you try to watch it again all there is is an option to delete. Error code CS2217

Also E4 recordings appear but when you press watch from the start there is another failed recording with error code CS2200 and if you click to watch on the Channel for app it doesn't load error code CS2400.

I've done all the usual things like reboot the box and hub, only used 5% of recording space
