Its a national problem started about 08:30pm...I got cut off immediately from Customer Services they must be inundated with angry people..

No point in trying to contact them. Been trying for the last hour and have now had a message saying they have all gone home and to call or message again tomorrow.

Likewise. What gets me mad is that you can't contact them. I've spent all this time giving the bot the same info until it says WhatsApp us. When I do it says we cant WhatsApp you. I ask for an email address to complain. It doesn't recognise my request. Next I try ringing up. 3 goes and it won't recognise my account No or home phone number then eventually when it does, it cuts off and says we cant text you????? Is this actually what we pay for? Are they having a cyber attack. Awful service......
