Partial set up

I am only able to use the new remote to access the TV menu once I gone back to HDMI 2 Virgin South using the old TIVO remote. The new remote is paired with the box but it looks as if the software is only partially installed. The new remote/set up is working perfectly in the other room where we also have a TV. Any advice as to how to reinstall?

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with your installation not completing in full. 

    Have you tried calling out activation number on 0800 953 9500, to see if this completes the install and activates the new service?

    Keep us posted with how you get on, and we'll assist further should you need.
