No service 360
Totally fed up now, received the 360 box set it up but cannot access any tv programs at all. It’s saying I owe a bill! I have spoken to customer services they were going to call me back but didn’t bother so I had to ring again! and my bill is fine and up to date. So they looked into it but cannot find anything wrong and need to send an engineer out. I have no TV at all now and I’m sick and tired of it all. I have to wait for an engineer now going supposedly on Friday so I’m going without tv for 5 days! Unacceptable I wanted to leave Virgin but as I’m in a contract it would cost me over £400!!!! They have broken there contract but I can’t leave without a charge. It’s ridiculous I didn’t want the 360 in the first place. I’ve been with Virgin media for over 12 years and now can’t wait to leave the sham of a company.
