New V360 box not saving app credentials

My v360 box is not saving app usernames and passwords. This is a new box, it was replaced by a Virgin engineer only a few weeks ago as previous box stopped being able to record.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the 360 issue with the apps.

    Please can you do a reset on the box; 

    Navigate to Settings (the cog icon) > System > Factory Reset from the home menu. Choose keep recordings.
    Then when done, monitor it for us :).

    If I reboot my 360's, or turn them off either via the on/off switch on the back, or via the mains, or if I perform a factory reset then I need to log into apps again.

    I generally leave my 360's on 24/7 and have no problems then with app passwords.

  • Just to add to newapollo's answer make sure your box is set to fast start or active start and not switched off at the plug. Some users used to have problems if the box was set to Eco start (bit like switching the box off), didn't think this was still an issue but who knows.
